Region free DC problem.

I have a region free Dreamcast but I cannot get it to play Gigawing. I own both US and Japanese versions of the game. When I insert the disc and it spins up it gets to the licensed by Sega screen then gets stuck in a loop resetting and returning to the license screen.

Does anyone else have a similar setup?

Have you tried using an RF lead? I had a similar problem with Street Fighter Zero 3, it would reset when using a scart lead.

What video input are you using? Chances are, that is the problem.

It's one of the games that won't load when using RGB. The PAL release of Gigawing does work through RGB, and it's 60hz I think.

Thanks for the advice lads. I'm using scart with the DC at the moment but will be going for VGA if I ever find my missing cable. The PAL version of Gigawing seems pretty expensive, now I understand why.
