Two words - Style and Butters...

Style - Make sure any tricks are as stylish as possible...On aerials this means slow, controlled rotations, on rails it means gentle tweaks...

Butters - link tricks with butters (manuals) up->down/down->up

Aye, style is all about slow controlled spins, but if you stop styling your meter will rapidly decrease. The trick then is to judge the spin so that you rotate slowly and get back to the perfect landing position just as you hit snow again. If you rotate and leave the player hanging in the air waiting to land then you will lose a lot of style points. The feeling when you suss it is awesome!

The other key point is landing. Amped 2 is more forgiving with landings, but if you get sketchy landings you lose half the points. Practice so that you get at least Sick most of the time and Stomped It! where-ever possible.

cheers chaps, so to getthe style meter started just use slow controlled moves on the stick?

Yeah, spin nice and slowly. Tweaked grabs bring up the style meter too.
