Can a ver 3 ps2 be modded for a messiah 2 chip?

it could be chipped but installers dont like them as there hard to modd and becuase the lens in them can break down

better off to sell it and get a pre modded one

I thought the V3 boards were ok. It's the V1 boards that the modders avoid like hell.
