Where do play-asia ship from ?

They ship to there UK office from Asia so you dont get hit by customs.

but does this mean they pay all customs fees in there own shipping?

Yeah, it's from Hong Kong. I even remember some of thier Hong Kong postage stamps on my parcels when they first started business.

It's most definitely Hong Kong, but most of the time I only have to pay like ?9. That was the case with the LE Border Down, and of course my FFIX got through with no trouble.

Question 2 -- how long does airmail from there usually take? It said 7 - 15 days on the website, but wasn't any more specific.

Usually a week in my experience, but given that it's Christmas time, I reckon it might be a couple days longer.

Usually takes 4-5 days for me. I got SS for GC yesterday, and it was sent the night between friday and saturday from AI Trading.

But yes, it does tend to take longer in December, generally. From the US it can sometimes take up to 3 weeks, while I have the above example to show that it's really quite random
