Hey everyone, two problems in one day... I'm on a real PC-fixing marathon
Problem: Start > Run > MSCONFIG should give me a useful tool that lets me stop things like Instant Messengers starting up when I turn on. Instead it gives me a message telling me "This operation has been canceled due to restrictions on this computer. Please contact your system administator."
Oh-ho-ho-ho, Microsoft that's your excuse for everything. Very helpful when you consider I -am- the system administrator (I'm the only user on this PC and my account is an admin one). So, anyone have any ideas?
