Selling items to CEX

Ive got a fairly large amount of stuff that I decided to sell to CEX early last week. Due to the combined value being over ?50, they apparently arrange a free courier to come and pick it all up.

Now, I recieved a confirmation email from them once Id finished on the website, but since then I have heard diddly squat.

Has anyone ever sold suff to them before, and if so, do they phone up and arrange a collection or what? And if so, how long does it usually take for them to get in touch?
They seem to be taking their time.

A lot of places are off until the new year, just a thought.

I thought that might be the case too, but all their stores are now open again, so I presume theyre back.
