Is there a product that can restore my yellowing Dreamcast?

My Dreamcast is yellowing. As is my white PS3 controller. Is there anything I can do to restore these to the white they once was. I love in a smoke free home too *shrug

From what I've read white plastic yellowing is primarily caused by the plastic's original formula and the amount of bromine it contained.

Hydrogen peroxide and ultraviolet light.

[MENTION=39]importaku[/MENTION] is a bit of an expert in this by all accounts.
I tried whitening (or de-yellowing) some gamecube controllers about a year ago using hydrogen peroxide and then placing in a sealed clear plastic food bag outside ideally when its sunny for about 8 hours so that it gets UV light reacting with the hydrogen peroxide to whiten.
It did work but it wasn't a perfect outcome for me as it was it bit streaky. But looked better than the yellow look before
