Compo (SDI) input on JVC BM-H2000PN-K

I recently discovered my monitor has this option, and after a little digging found that this meant the monitor supports component in. However, I can't find a (free) manual online that demonstrates how to connect this up to the BNC connectors on the back, nor whether the accepted input would be 480i-only or 480p-compatible. Up until now I assumed 480i was as high as it will go, but I don't think I actually have documentation of that. What's the adaptor I need to test this out?

I assume you would just need some RCA to BNC adaptors. Looking at the specs of your monitor though I think it only does 15kHz, so 480i/240p.
