HTML, a little niggle thats bothering me

In my links and games page, I've done a link to NTSC-uk.

This is what I wrote...

<a href="www.ntsc-uk.com" style="text-decoration:none">ntsc-uk</a>

But, when you click it on my website, it goes to my address, with www.ntsc-uk.com added to the end.

What do I need to change?

Yeah, you need the http:// part at the beginning.
