Weird address in MS account (that I created) - anyone know why?

In my MS account, there's an address I seem to remember adding for some reason. It's the address of a hotel in Redmond, Oregon
Does anyone remember some dodge that I would have used this for?

"This address is being used for purchases or subscriptions. If you want to change or remove it, add a new address and set it as your preferred billing address."

I already did the above, but it won't let me remove it. I can't find any subs or purchases that are linked to it or that would require it. Maybe I bought some US points or something for the Xbox360 but surely that would have been a one-off.

Just noticed there's also a credit card in there that I don't recognise, but might have been a weird online card I created linked to that address? It won't let me remove that card either, even though it says "no linked subscriptions/payments"
