Okay peeps, this is random . Do you need a registered version of Doom to be able to test levels you've made yourself? It's just that I've made one in DeePsea you see and I wanted to . . . anyway.

IIRC, only if you're using textures that are part of the registered WAD.

However, the scene very much discouraged making maps for the shareware version. This may have changed by now though.
