Sega Rally 0.01 PSP UMD.

I was recently going through all the promo UMD's I bought back in the day for the PSP and among them is a copy of a Sega Rally Pre Production. It has on it ULET-00919/0.01. I was curious about this so I googled it and came upon this page of missing dumps.

I couldn't find anything else out about it. Is it rare? Should I contact someone? Who? Or just stick it back on my shelf as a nice curiosity to own.

Definitely worth seeing if you can make a dump of the game to share with the wider gaming community.

This doesn't really help at all but I attempted to submit two Asia PS2 releases and never got beyond the account creation process. May just be an email issue but they never supplied me with an account creation email.
