Just a small but annoying problem.

How do you pull off the "Cancel" moves or what it is that makes them work?
Are they as useful as everyone makes them out to be?

Also, which version of the game are you playing. Roll Cancelling was removed from the Gamecube and Xbox versions.

I'm using the GC version.
The "Kara" glitch is what i'm after I think, but if the GC can't do it then.....
