Can anyone in here fix a SNES Mini please?

Been lurking since the NTSC days and decided to finally sign up as I need some help.

My SNES Mini stopped working recently and I'm wondering if anyone on here can fix it? I opened it up to have a quick look and nothing smells/looks tripped and I checked a few of the teeny, tiny points on the PCB and they seem OK from where the power goes.

Basically it seems like the initial surge of power comes into the PCB because the 8bitdo receiver quickly flashes on then off but the rest of it doesn't power up. No red LED on the unit, no picture. To me it seems like something is tripping or the power isn't making a full circuit. I tried other USB cables, plugs and resetting it via Hakchi (doesn't see it any more) so its probably something hardware based and outside my skills.

Anyone have any ideas or help? I'm UK based if anyone is a tech and could have a go at fixing it.

    Thanks

Is this the SNES classic mini machine rather than the cost reduced SNES mini?

Yes, thats the one. The Classic Mini. I used this video as a starting point to check it out:

I bought this Super Nintendo Classic Mini off of eBay. It was sold as no power and no display. What horrors lurk inside? And will I be able to FIX it? Hope ...

But its a bit too techy for me. I also tried all of the hack restore guides as well and the PC won't see it connected so I definitely thinks its the board.
