Saturn Twinstick with USB PC adapter

Has anyone ever tried this? How does the controller manifest in windows?

I guess it's different depending on the particular USB adapter and if it supports it, I think there's limited support beyond traditional digital pads. I've seen mention of a DIY Project supporting a whole bunch of Saturn controllers - including the Twinstick - https://github.com/sonik-br/SaturnLib
