PS3 CFW / jailbreak - can it sold green screen?

People, if you jailbreak a ps3 can it potentially play dvd ok over RGB scart without the green screen issue a la ps2? This may seem a redic reason to usa a ps3 but mines redundant just looking for a use!!

I assume you can also load ISO games from a HDD?

As far as I am aware, there isn't. There is a modified DVD player software available for the PlayStation 2 that can achieve this though.

CFW will allow you to easily dl PSN releases but retail disc images are a little more tricky due to the file size limitation of the PS3 file system. One nice touch is that it will allow you to play any region of PS1 game (and PS2 game, should your hardware support that) from the original media.
