DC Arcade Stick on an X-Box

Anyone know if this works properly through a Magic Box as i know the stick is wired differently to the regular joypad.
I tried to play Tomb Raider on the DC with the stick and she just kept running around in circles.
Thought it would be great for MAME.

Only 4 of the 6 buttons are mapped, making it useless for 2D fighters, MAME, Final Burn etc.

It may depend on the version, actually. Certainly, the current PC version of the Magic Box copes perfectly well with the Y and Z buttons of the DC stick, so its possible that the XBox one does as well, since it is basically the PC version with an XBox -shaped USB port.

I bought it about a year ago, so there may well be an upgrade. I hope they've fixed the "let's delete all your Xbox saves" issues that it had with some PSX sticks. ft:
