xbox pad on PC game, with mouse only controlling 2nd monitor?

Is this possible? Can I use a pad for Overwatch on screen 1 and use a mouse on screen 2 for whatever else?

You might be able to do this with Dual Monitor Tools - dunno if it works with the latest windows still tho. The game may still pick up mouse movement, I'd try running the game windowed and locking the mouse with that util.
