    Recomend me a decent TFT

After many a long years service, I have finaly decided to retire my 21" gateway monitor, and replace it with one of these darn-fangled TFT's.

    so can anyone recomend one?

I cannot stress enough that this screen MUST have ultra fast response times as I will be using it for gaming, I also need DVI input, and stylish looks would be a definite plus.

It really does depend so much. If you are wanting the BEST performance available screen wise for gaming then a TFT is not the way to go, as many CRT monitors deliver much better refresh rates/resolutions for the price.

If you are set on getting a TFT monitor then I recommend the Viewsonic VP171S which is a whopping ?391.51.

      - 1280x1024 Optimum Resolution
      - 500:1 Contrast Ratio
      - Viewing Angle 140? horizontal, 140? vertical
      - 16ms Response Time
      - 260 cd/m2 Brightness
      - Two Analog Inputs
      - One DVI-D Input
      - DVI Cable Included

I'd also like to recommend Viewsonic, bought a 15" one for my Aunt and Uncle at Christmas and the viewing angle and build was exceptional.
