Import N64 Power Question

I've just bought an import N64 (USA) and was wondering if my power supply for my UK N64 will work rather than buying a stepdown?

I've got someone who wants to sell me a Doctor 64 as well for ?125.

Is it worth it? I used to own one a few years back but don't know what the going rate is anymore
