is Capcom vs SNK 2 better on DC or PS2?

Yeah the DC version is supposed to be the best. Having said that, if you don't have a decent means of controlling the game on DC then I'd definitely go for the PS2 version.

The PS2 pad is much better for fighters, if you ask me. If you've got the DC arcade stick though...
