    Winning Eleven 6:FE - GC

Right, a few quick questions are in order as I bought this game a while back. Me and a mate play it co-operatively in the World and European cups as England on 4 star, and there's a bit of debate as to how things work.

    1) Does fitness matter? Late on in the game when your players' energy bars have fallen dramatically, does this have a negative effect on performance? (we don't really notice it)

    2) On a similar note, in the Cup competitions, does a particular tough game for a player make him less fit in the next game?

    3) In the squad select screen you see some arrows next to the players name? Is that some indicator of form? Should we pay any attention?

    4) Why do players keep on letting the ball run past them a couple of yards when you pass the ball to them? Are we pressing a certain combination of buttons unwittingly that does this?

    5) When you press the D-Pad in a match, a little arrow appears in the bottom of the screen. What does this mean?

Sorry about this, I did check the FAQs but they weren't particularly clear.

The games **** sell it while you can and make some money. Dont touch it and dont take it out of its box.

Oh by the way me and Strider are looking for a copy. Can we fight it out for it?

      1) Yes. Players can run for less time before slowing to normal jogging pace again the lower their bar is. The more "peeky" they are feeling (see my answer to question 3) the quicker their fitness will drop during a match.

      2) Yes. There is accumulated tiredness brought into account if a player has a particularly tiring match or two.

      3) What I call the "peekiness" rating. An arrow pointing straight up means a player is right on top of their game, middle is average and down is really not doing well. Not only does this affect how quickly a player gets tired, but it also boosts or lowers their stats and performance.

      4) How are they letting the ball pass by them? Through their legs? If so, you're pressing R them before you get the ball, doing so causes the player to "step over" the oncoming ball instead of trapping it. Only hit R once you actually gain the ball or are running towards it already.

      5) Tactics. You'll need to consult the FAQ on that to read up on how to set them and trigger them.
