MAC Icon to image (jpg/bmp etc.)

Does anyone know how I can get from a MAC icon file to an image (or images)?

make the view as big as possible and take a screenshot, chuck it in photoshop?


edit: i just tried something, you can open some icons in iconographer (check version tracker), and then copy paste into photoshop

If icongrappher is a programme you don't already have you can just highlight the file, press apple I, click the icon and then copy and paste into your app (I've tried with both Photoshop and Illustrator and works for both).

Thanks Bowser and Fuddle, problem is... I don't have an Apple...

Can I do this in Windows, somehow. I've got Photoshop 6.0.
