Windows XP Themes

Can anyone direct me to a site I can get cool windows themes ? I dont want anything to fancy or different to standard XP - just something like silver start bar etc would be cool enough.

You can try external programs such as StyleXP or WindowBlinds.

Right click on desktop>Properties
Appearance tab
Sub Design>Silver

Apply.

Done

There's a way to use most of StyleXP's theme, using a patched uxtheme.dll.

Windowblinds is completely free, though without full functionality. Still works good, though, and looks great depending on the theme. I use it, and I love it. Used along with IconPackager and it's even better.

The uxtheme.dll hack is the way to go.
You can get themes from themes.org and deskmod.
