    Famicom SP

I am thinking of ordering one of these beats when playasia has em back in:

Game Boy Advance SP - Famicom Edition (110V)Limited Edition Frontlit Game Boy Advance versionFamicom colored GBA SP™Plays all Game Boy Advance (and GB Color) gamesFlip up screenBattery provides 18 hours of game play (without light) or 10 hours of game play (with light)Dimensions: 82 x 84.6 x 24.3mmWeight: 143gThis model is supplied with a 110V power supply (ideal for Japan, USA & Canada)The new model GBA SP™ comes in a redesigned clamshell case with a screen that flips up (just like a lot of mobile phones). Further finally Nintendo has added the so much missing Frontlit. Last but not least ...

Can someone tell me what all the little boxes are? erasers or something? They look like 10 little games

It actually just comes with the one game right? Super Mario Bros 1 NES stylee??

Also will I have any problems using a JAP GBA-SP in the UK? Is it just an issue of getting the right charging PSU? Do they come with this already from PA?

Nintendo is distributing the Famicom GBA SP with the 10 Famicom mini-games in a complete bundle ONLY.

That's Y12500 for the Famicom GBASP and another Y20000 for all ten games for a total of Y32500, which is approximately US$310. The games are not being sold separately either and are only being distributed as part of the Famicom GBA SP bundle. Since we don't expect every customer who has already submitted a Famicom GBA SP or a single Famicom game preorder to purchase the entire bundle, we will revise our offer and update customers on Monday. We'll probably be stuck with a few thousand copies of the Famicom mini-games but we'll work something out that will be fair to everyone.
So yeah. The little boxes are the games, from what I know. The deal everyone has been offering seems to be wrong. I guess lik-sang / play-asia will react to this in the next few days.

The little boxes you can see are actual gba games, they are ports of old famicom games & they come in tiny boxes hence the name famicom mini.

As for the power supply the gba will come with a japanese power adapter so you will need either a stepdown transformer or you can just use a uk gba sp power adapter.

I wonder just how reliable this new information is as i have just checked nintendo japan's website and on the famicom mini page it dosen't mention anywhere that they are all part of one bundle the famicom mini games are 2000 yen each.

Does seem odd. ncsx often discuss what their distributers are offering them, rather than whats actually available from the publisher, so maybe that explains it.
