Lik-Sang Delivery Scale?

Completely and utterly trivial, but does Lik-Sang's free shipping option (5-14 days) include weekends, since I'm still waiting on my Bujingai, which was shipped out on the 14th January.

I think so. I ordered Siren using that Free shipping deal, and got it in 8 days, but that was back in November.

I've ordered lots of times from Lik-Sang choosing Global Priority (= free shipping option) and 12 days (counting Sat/Sun) was the longest it ever took to receive a parcel. I'm on the old continent though Europe-wise, and not in the UK, mind.

Still, I think you should've probably gotten your stuff by now, try to e-mail them.
