Ive been thinking about getting a newer PS2 with a non swap chip for a while. Guess that time might be nearer than i though.

yes your correct it doesn't play them. go for a newer ps2 with messiah 2 or dms3 mod chip

Well im going ot punt my old PS2 so now i need some suggestions about where to go for a new chipped one.

Ive been looking at www.londonconsole.com as they do the silver one and he has good write ups here.

Basically im after one fast as well as ive got Taiko No Tatsujin hopefully arriving tomorrow.

Any suggestions ?
