    Play-Asia Customer Services.....

    ......are they any good? As I just ordered my first item from them, it arrived today but it was the wrong item ft: Do they pay for postage to return the item? Just that it was a step down which won't be cheap to send back if I have to fork out. I've already emailed them but i'll probably have to wait till moday for a response.

    Either way it'll probably be the last time I use their services.

      Thanks but as I said above I have already emailed them regarding the issue.

      I just wanted to hear what other peoples experiences have been with their customer services, so that I know what I'm in for.

        Sorry I missed that, Im pretty sure if youve been sent the wrong item (I take it you still have your order details) then they would fix the problem for you. They have just had their Chinese New Year during which time, they were closed, hence the delay in replying to your email no doubt. If you do get stuck then let me know your details and Ill chase it for you. Their customer service is pretty much top notch so I dont anticipate you running into problems regarding this mistake.
