Getting Halo 2 E3 movie running on Xbox

Right. I have the Halo 2 E3 rolling demo and an Xbox running the XBox media player 2.4

Its not letting me watch the demo. I've tried converting the movie to a WMV @ 640 x 480 using VBR encoding at around 1mbps. That doesn't work either.

Any ideas?

I stream mine from my PC using Relax and watch it via Xbox Media Player, and it plays fine, if a little choppy. Mine is a 158 meg WMV file.
