UK PAL games on an NTSC Xbox... Does it run at full speed?

Yep, I wanna know the answer to the above.
Are UK PAL games optimised to run full speed no matter which Xbox I've got (I've got a chipped US Xbox with a 120gb drive in)...

I've got the opportunity to buy these games on US cheap and I got them on UK but if they run at the correct speed then I won't bother...

I thought all PAL games run at 'full speed' that's what the 60Hz option's for in the dash isn't it?

Nope, the game still has to be coded to run at 60hz I think. The dashboard option just means any game that does support it will select it automatically. Same with the Widescreen and DOlby Digital options.
