        I've just ordered one of these babies from Audio Authority:






        It's a powered auto-sensing unit and also switches digital audio, even converts coax to optical and vice versa! Cost me about 120 quid shipped Just hope it gets through customs ok!

          That looks ok, as I need a box with 4 component inputs now also. I have my DVD, PS2, XB and GC all using component, but I only have 3 inputs at present. What is auto-sensing? Id be interested to see what you think when it arrives.

            The unit apparently uses some sort of adaptive tech to decide which source to display and is supposed to learn the users habits over time. I'm guessing it will automatically output the most recent device which is powered on, although it does have an override if you want to switch manually. All the info is on this page:



            I ordered mine from digitalconnection. Total cost was $169 plus $45 for FedEx shipping (about 109 quid). They're gonna ship it on the 16th of Feb, so I'll post impressions when I get the unit
