Arcade monitor problem. any ideas????

I've seen an arcade machine close to me for sale but the monitor has this problem. any idea if this would be easily fixable?

fault described as:

There is a slight problem with the monitor it is just highlighting the red colour more than it should, when games run on it, it is hardly noticeable and it gives a perfect picture it?s just the colours

Any ideas????

It sounds like the monitor is ****ed to me, so it'd probably be a case of ripping out that one and slotting a new one in there, I guess. But I'm not an arcade expert at all, so don't take my word for it. PM Saurian, he might be able to tell you for sure.

you can normally change the color balance for red, green and blue separately.

depending on the age of the monitor thats done by either tweaking a pot on the back of the tube (a little dangerous as the tube has very high voltages), or via an on screen menu for newer monitors.

I'm going to leave the cab, don't really want to be messing around with something i don't know that much about.
