Does anyone know if I will be able to use live through an NTSC console with out any region lock out so to speak from live.
Or do i have to get a pal box to use live.

As long as your games are US then it'll be fine, although a few Live games are region free. -
I use an NTSC Xbox with US Live kit and it all works perfectly. Got my kit from DVDBoxOffice.com

They've been excellent for pre-orders. Always shipped (for me anyway) around release date.
For games that you don't pre-order they can be a wee bit slow but the most I've ever waited is around 3 weeks.
Once shipped games arrive in 3/4 days in my experience.Comment

you can use a UK live kit with an american xbox though....just your games that must be the same region as the console (mostly)
