Moving Xbox Live accounts to another Xbox

Is it possible? I want to move my Xbox live from my Black Xbox to the crystal one (when I eventually get one)

Is it easy to do?

Yeah, I think there is a 'recover account' option in the dashboard. Should be easy.

Yup, just recover your account, you'll need the details of the credit card you used to sign up in the first place, then just save and it's done.

I moved mine from my old black one to my green one by just using a memory card.

Do you know if you can change your gamertag in any way?

You can't change your Gametag once it's been set up. If you wanted an alias, you need to buy another starter kit and add it [the new gamertag] to your dashboard, you then select it before you sign in I think. A lot of people in clans do this I belive. But two subscriptions are pretty expensive.
