Have Lan-Kwei sharpened up their act?

There's a game I really want that they have for well over $200, which to me is a lot of money to risk given their past reputation!!

Has anyone ordered from them recently, if so what have they been like?

I suppose I could always use a credit card via paypal for protection 8)

I think you would have more protection using the credit card without paypal. I have heard that it can be a nightmare getting paypal payments refunded. With credit cards you can at least do a 'chargeback'.

It was a positive experience for me as well.
Ordered a Q RGB cable, but it didn't work properly due to a factory fault. And since they run out of Component cables they restored the money via PayPal. When they were back in stock again I ordered the RGB cable again and now it works. Unfortunately my Q is in repairs so I haven't got to use it really yet
They answer e-mails pretty quick and the mark down your package (on request in any case).

Mike @ Lan Kwei has always come out tops for me. Had a faulty Q because the mod wasn't correctly done (was sub-contracted out due to high demand at the time) and it was sorted out without complications.

Ordered several copies of Super Mario Sunshine ages ago now on behalf of people from a forum I help mod and since I ordered in bulk the overheads were reduced so that everyone got a good deal. No customs so everyone was happy.

Mike also sorted me out with a Uniadaptor for my SNES so that I can play my US Secret of Mana (since the uniadaptor I had didn't work at all).

I wish their new site was fully operational. It's been a long time!

Reckon its for the Saturn,as i know Geezer recently got one and has been looking for Jpn games with Spine Cards.

Am i warm (actually i'm f***ing freezing as my boiler exploded on Sunday and the new one is not being delivered till Saturday. My wallet is a grand lighter now aswell!)
