    ?Midway Arcade Treasures (Xbox)

Is this actually out? I've seen PS2 version in Game, but that's all.
Is it worth getting if I already have mame installed? I'm thinking more along the lines of the Live enabled stuff, highscores?
Finally, the cheapest place to buy it would be......?

    cheers people

play.com were cheapest when I last looked, don't pay more than ?15 for it, it isn't Live compatible I think - would be great if it was though

Dave, I've just seen the cover for it and read a review, it says it's live enabled for the upload of highscores!

Yes, at least the US copy definitely connects to Live for highscores; as long as the PAL one does the same I'm definitely getting it.

Does anyone have a PAL copy to confirm this? Also, can you restrict the list to just Friends, as with PGR2?

Yes, the PAL one does have Live Scoreboards too. My copy from the US should be arriving soon, see you on the scoreboard .

Cool - I'll grab it soon then.

Mind you, I've already broken my 'no new games without completing something' rule this week because a friend gave me Eternal Darkness and that cheap helicopter rescue game on PS2 that I can't remember the name of.

                ?9.99

                A bargain.

I'm about 52nd on the scoreboard for Toobin

In all fairness though the actual pack is a bit of a wasted opportunity. Games like Smash TV basically require you to play through the entire game (otherwise it's pointless entering a high scoe) and a lot of the controls are far from perfect.

Still with over 20 games to choose from, you're bound to find something you like What a shame you couldn't play the games online though

With any luck, this will be rectified for the already confirmed sequel and other companies will also jump on the bandwagon. SEGA AGES classics online? Yes Please

was about 22nd or so on toobin :O)

the score boards are on the PAL version haven't played it for a while but those smash tv scores are sick.

toobin is the score challenge :O)

The problem with Toobin is that it didn't seem to end and allows infinate credits. A lot of those scores aren't based on how good you are, they simply come down to hong long you're prepared to play the same game for.

I've played the Gamecube version and the controls were a bit ropey with the pad. I'm hoping with my Hori stick they will be better.
