Thinking of getting a Panasonic Q

Seeing that they have come down in recent times and are fully modded i am now considering getting hold of one, but have a few questions. First does the modded RGB cable on the gamecube work with Q? Also does the modded RGB cable work with dvds or is it S video only? and last where is the best place to get one from as play-asia have theres for ?248 but will i have to pay import tax if i use them?

I think you have to pay tax and shipping, which will add around ?60 on top of the fee. Pmelon's www.rsdm.co.uk may still have some for around ?315, but he's in the US atm and won't be back for while.

for the panny q u need a different cable to the rgb one used for the cube as theres no analogue socket. the cable will only work for rgb on games though, so for films u need to use an s-video cable.
