I ordered a Freeloader on Monday and was wondering how fast it would ship. So I gave them a phone 4 times today but no joy.

Supposedly they have a phone system that rings even if they are on the phone

At least thats what i was told when i worked there.

Also generally speaking people have bad experience with Goblin, i know i have. Decided not to pay me my last months work because i quit. What a bunch of ****

The phone line is supposedly a token gesture that they opened up after they received so many compaints via emails.

I have had quite a few problems with them before. These were mainly to do with my order taking an absoloute age to arrive. I ordered my NTSC GameCube from them and it took 2 months to get to me!

Tried calling them a few times and only got an answer once, from a fairly grumpy-sounding guy. Wasn't best pleased.

oh well my freeloader is still to ship. Sent them a email yesterday and have heard nothing back. rang them today for around 5 mins and no answer. Its not looking good. Give it a few more days then on to cc company.
