Tetris (GB) or Tetris Worlds (GBA) - which is better?

Just bought a Gameboy SP and am very pleased with it, the one thing I really dislike is the way Tetris (my only regular Gameboy cartridge) sticks out of the front

Because of this I'm thinking of getting Tetris Worlds (as it comes on the smaller sized GBA cartridge) but am unsure if it's as good as the original Gameboy Tetris?

    Thanks in advance.

Apparently there's no battery save on Tetris Worlds so you can't save your highscores, which is probably enough to put me off by itself.

Even though Gamespot is hardly the last-bastion of great journalism, 2.1 out of 10 for Tetris Worlds is hard to argue with

Surely once you start playing Tetris for just a few seconds, you completely forget about everything around you, let alone the fact the cart sticks out a bit? I know i don't care either way, I still play GB carts on my SP , although, yeah true, it doesn't look attractive.

Tetris is perfick, failing that, Tetris for the GBC.

I've played Tetris Worlds and it's pretty shody in terms of presentation, lots of options but definately overkill. Tetris GB plays better.

It's a shame Sega haven't ported Sega Tetris to the GBA. It's an absolutely cracking version of the puzzler.

Cheers to all of you for confirming what I feared, I'll just have to make do with the cartridge sticking out.

Could always get one of those dodgy GBA multicarts with GB Tetris on as well as about 50 other original GB games

Get Tetris DX for the GBC. It's the only GB version with savable high scores.

I found the easiness kind of ruined the whole experience of the gbc one though, didn't feel at all as hectic.

                Been a while though.

The not saving high scores on Tetris was the best bit ! Your friend would come round and you'd just have to say,

                  "as if"

so you didn't actually have to believe he'd beaten your highscore until...you'd beaten his ;D
