Did you actually get that POS to work on XP? Mine was b0rked from day one.

I assume POS means piece of ****. When I tried to load the software it didnt seem to work, but when I connected the pad converter it worked straight away. Only tried it on a Super Mario Kart emulator though.

I have something similar from Play Asia. My one loads fine but suffers from .2 second delay. Makes fighters impossible to play and any fast shooters really difficult.

Having to buy two Magic Boxes for my PSOne sticks is an expensive option (especially on top of the converter that didn't work) but I think I'll have to go with that.
