drivers for play.com ps2 to usb converter

Hi just bought one of these converters but think there is a problem with the installation disk as it just copies the files but does not seem to start the installation.

Please could someone email the file to me

    Thanks

I seemed to have the same problem but have you just tried plugging the adaptor in and trying to get it to work. The software didnt appear to load but when I connected the convertor it worked fine.

If you go into control panel and then to printers and other hardware there should be something about game controllers. Double click on Dual PSX-USB adaptor and iirc there is a way of turning off the rumble feature.

They're ****e. The Kiki-Joy was far better (and has better support).

These ones cause all kinds of problems on EA games, but typically, being a UK based company, theres no support.

                  The very same.
They used to sell the Kiki Joy devices (which had a small, albeit useful forum set up for it).

You don't need to install the driver with Windows XP (in fact it is likely to cause problems....) - it has built in support for PS pad converters.

Been running mine this way for ages and no problems at all.
