Need to return an item to Play-asia...

..it's a faulty controller and is covered under the terms of their warranty. But they have not replied to my e-mail asking for an RMA number and address to send it to.

Does anyone know what address I should send it to, and if it would be advisable to do so without them replying to me first?

Sent an e-mail last Monday and a follow up through their contact webpage on Friday. Heard nothing back. I've been trying to return the controller for three weeks! They were quite responsive at first (offered me a discount instead of an exchange) but now that I've decided against that they've gone all quiet.

I had te return a game last week, because they sent me the wrong game.

I've noticed a few times in the past that people got sent the wrong game by Play-Asia, happened to me the only time I ordered from them as well. They were pretty quick to send me the right game though, even before they'd got the one I sent back.

after a week or so got a reply from playasia

and they gave me a tnt account number to use, so if you push them, they *will* pay the return postage if you make them realise the mistake is theirs.
