I can't access the site from work, does the demo include an online multiplayer mode?

No no mp yet although apparently the mp demo is very close. It even mentions that you can dl it at the end of the sp demo.

Mp will make or break this for me.

              Can't wait.

I played through this yesterday at 1600x1200 no AA in high detail and while the gameplay is all very familiar, the visuals have certainly been downgraded where low poly NPC's and world detail is the order of the day. The game has clearly been coded for the PS2 this time round which is a shame since the last one was optimised for the PC and eventually ported over to all consoles, which is also why it looked so darn good on the PC.

Here the textures are washed out or have that obvious bland PS2 look about them, i.e flat and unsaturated and you get blocky planar lighting sifting through the windows in the carriage of the train not to mention from the oncoming train lights. I saw at the beginning and knew right then that this was a PS2 port.

Worse still, the nightvision reveals the PS2 in its aliased glory at its ugliest where jaggies and flat bitmap textures can be seen to their full extent.

I'll still be buying it but what a huge disappointment to see that PC gamers have been shafted a nasty ****ing port of the weakest console out there. An Xbox port would have been better and I dread to think what that looks like.

it doesn't seem like you can adjust graphics options in this demo
I hope this is the reason that the graphics in the demo looks so ****ty. I assume there set to low to reduce the download size.
