TNT or UPS delivery from Play-Asia - which one???

Looking at getting a ceramic white GT4 pack from Play Asia.

TNT delivery is a bit cheaper.

What is the difference between both of these couriers?

Any preference from you fine people??

UPS routinely submit parcels for import duty, and offer poor service (in my experience).

I've used TNT in the UK, and they've been ok, dunno about importing.

My personal experience of UPS is the worst possible known to man...well they could've killed someone I know I suppose, but its pretty much that bad. In fact if a company only offers UPS I go somewhere else. I can't say enough bad things about UPS....Dunno about TNT though.

I kicked up a huge stink about some terrible UPS service I experienced before Christmas. They were supposed to get back to me with an explanation, and apology, and a refund three months ago.

It seemed to surprise them that my main complaint was with the customer service itself, which they have no procedure to deal with (so the customer service muppets didn't know what to do).

They kept saying things like 'its important we find out why your parcel was so badly delayed' and I'd say 'yeah, but what I'm really annoyed about is the ****ty customer service' and then we'd go round again, making the problem worse.

So yeah, to put it more strongly, avoid UPS. In my experience they're ****ing awful.
