uk wavebird on a jap cube?

would it work? the cube is chipped..

but also, do the euro gcube controllers use the same or inferior parts to the jap/usa ones?

i know that sega and namco have in the past used cheaper parts for the euro controllers than the jap ones so any info would be nice

msoft *shock* sure got it right with the length of the x boxs controller leads.. and just how sweet is the jap controller?! ?15 new in aki tastes better than the uk price to boot

oh, btw do you always have to open the gcube then press reset? no instructions with my machine.. ta!

yep, all GameCube controllers are regionless. I have a uk Wavebird used with my jpn Cube.

Sega's Dreamcast controllers were made in Japan and later Indonesia (slightly lower quality), but both versions were available in Japan and Europe (and presumably the US).
