Modding a Panasonic Q

Hi. Will take delivery of a Q soon - just wondering does any forum member offer a modding service to play Jp/Usa games on this beast ??
If not, where is the best place to get this done ??

modding a Panasonic Q is tricky, see here:

you need to flash the firmware with a special cd to made the DVD player regionless, fit extra ram so that it can play pal DVDs, and fit a toggle for us/jpn GameCube games. I don't think any modders on ntsc-uk can do this.

I can do the RGB cables - the Gamecube side region mod shouldnt be a problem but I cant find a diagram or any kind of information on it.

I think ncsx/lik-sang had photos of the Q being taken apart for the modding.. looked like a nightmare.. and of course as mentioned if you need the PAL mod done it requires a new chip to up the buffer..
