Questions about upgrading my xbox!!!

I have recently bought a crystal clear uk pal xbox, and I was wondering about the benefits and drawbacks of modding my xbox.

I am really into snes/megadrive and n64 games, is it possible to play these on a modded xbox?

However I want to play live also, would modding my xbox stop me from playing on the live service.

Simply put, could I have all the important information about modding my xbox, also the rough price and people who would do an A1 job.

Yup you can play all of those games on your Xbox, chips have a switch so you can turn it off to play on Live.

If you have an Xbox, it's a crime not to have it modded.

There is a sticky at the top with chipping resources.

yes it is a must to get a chipped xbox, i had a plain xbox for over a year and it was good, but i sold it in the end due to the lack of games i wanted.
but yesterday my chipped xbox with 80gb HD arrived, and i have to say it's the best thing ever TBH(allmost) i've got access to over 1000+ games most of which i would never have brought or ever heard of, the snes emu is greatm the n64 works with a few games but not many still it's good though.
allso been able to play movies and tv shows from the HD is great, i've got 8 or so movies on it, i've got all the latest episodes of the simpsons ready to go on.
and more when i download them.

so yeah you need to get it modded TBH
