P4 FSB Question

Will a Pentium P4 2.4GHz 533MHz processor work in a M/B with a FSB of 400mhz ?

The M/B will support processors up to 2.4ghz, but i'm too sure if the processor would run at the slower bus speed.

The CPU will run slower as well as the multiplier is locked, on a 2.4Ghz chip designed to run on a 533 bus the multiplier is 18, so running it on a 400Mhz bus will result in a CPU running at 1.8Ghz.

Intel's website doesn't help.

If I check the spec for a P4 2.4ghz 400mhz I get the Box Order Code: BX80532PC2400D

The Box order code for a P4 2.4ghz 533mhz is:
BX80532PE2400D

Very close dont you think.
