Replacing a dvd drive on a Laptop

My laptop's dvd rom has started to pack up, and i was wondering if it was possible to get a new drive and replacing it?

The drive ia a Mat****a ujda730 dvd/cdrw. If it is possible to replace it where would i be able to get one?

I'd look on ebay, when anything fits into a laptop the price triples.

My laptop needed a CDrom HP wanted ?129, ebay was ?25.
