Xbox live question

Hi People
I previously owned an xbox with an xbox live account, I then sold the xbox and so deleted the account from the xbox HD,
Problem is that I am now in the process of buying another xbox, and was wondering if there is any way of restoring my previously held xbox account, onto the new xbox, as I still have about 5 months worth of subscription left to run.

Yes just got to account recovery, it'll ask you to input a few details and then transfer your account to the new Xbox.
